The flat is in the Plaza hotel, where it has a 24-hour reception, a restaurant, a lobby bar and a club with a swimming pool and gym Companhia Atlética. The hotel offers 24-hour room service (not included in the price) The path to the beach is spectacular, using a ferry that crosses the Lagoa de Marapendi and leaves the desired destination at Praia da Reserva da Barra. The room has air conditioning, 32' TV (cable), private bathroom and balcony in addition to enjoying the entire leisure area of ​​the condominium (swimming pool and gym).
