Ideal for those seeking comfort and convenience, it offers modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, a 65-inch TV, refrigerator, stove, electric fryer, electronic lock, electric fence, alarms, and a gourmet area with a barbecue and sink. Guests are delighted with their stay upon arrival, finding a perfect space to relax and enjoy their holidays or weekends. It is also ideal for accommodating company employees.

The neighborhood of Ipitanga, renowned for its beach with natural pools and welcoming waters, is conveniently located near the Sports Arena of Lauro de Freitas, BA. In addition to the nearby sports center, it features a go-kart track (Kartódromo) and a bike path that extends beyond the border between the beaches of Stella Maris and Ipitanga. Uber is an excellent option for getting around the neighborhoods. For the airport, which is close to where you are staying, opt for the electric bus or Uber itself. I recommend Total Atacado for shopping, due to its competitive prices and pleasant environment.
