The village is super new (less than a year) and quite pleasant and comfortable. The common area has a playground, a kiosk and a lounge, both equipped with TV and sofas. The adult swimming pool has a wet deck and tables with sunshade umbrellas around. Attached to the swimming pool, there is a children's pool and a hydromassage pool. The apartment is located on the ground floor (you do not need to climb stairs) and is well equipped and decorated. There are two suites, toilet, living room, kitchen and service area. A delightful balcony with a private garden in the front and a private wooden deck with points for installing hammocks in the background. The village is very close (only 50 meters) to the beautiful Praia da Espera. A nice and peaceful beach that allows for long walks and a delicious sea bath.

Our village is in one of the best places in Itacimirim, in the bucolic Alameda das Flores, close to the beautiful Praia da Espera and also to the main avenue, where you can find food stores, the gourmet shop "Despensa da Praia", the restaurant "O Pescador" and "Açaí 55".
