The condominium and all its indoor leisure options are available to guests from 8 am to 11 pm, with: 2 swimming pools (adult/child and semi-Olympic), 2 jacuzzis, gym, dry and wet saunas, playground, 2 tennis courts , 1 beach tennis court, 1 sports court, games room, hammocks, barbecue with sink/fridge/outdoor dining table, parking spaces for 2 cars, and beach service that provides 1 umbrella and 2 chairs per apartment. In the apartment there are 2 additional beach chairs and a large cooler (thermal box), being necessary to bring them back to the apartment when returning from the beach. In terms of security, our condominium has a 24-hour concierge, with highly trained staff, and camera monitoring by internal staff and external security company, including inspecting the beach (area in front of entrance 18). We are in front of entrance 18 of Praia de Maresias, on the side of Canto do Moreira, just crossing the avenue in front of the condominium, and with up to 2.5 km away from the main restaurants, bars and super markets.
