Max Jardim São Paulo offers studios and apartments in a condominium with shared laundry facilities and 24-hour concierge. Notes: 1) After formalizing the reservation, a seasonal rental agreement will be signed and all guests must submit a valid photo ID (ID, driver's license, RNE or passport) and a current selfie to register at the concierge and grant access. 2) The condominium has a shared laundry room by OMO (prices separately, instructions directly on site). 3) Guests will have access to the condominium's facilities. They will not be able to use the barbecue area and party room. 4) We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (prices separately, directly on site). 5) We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be contracted separately). If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (prices separately).
