This charming beach rental house offers all the comforts for a perfect stay. With two cozy bedrooms, the first has a double bed and air conditioning, ensuring peaceful nights of rest. The second bedroom has three single beds, also with air conditioning. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and air conditioning, providing a pleasant and air-conditioned environment. Both the bathroom is complete and modern, and the kitchen is fully equipped, with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, utensils and everything you need to prepare your meals with ease. The doors of the house have automatic locks, ensuring greater security and practicality. In addition, the house has a small veranda and a barbecue , perfect for enjoying moments outdoors. The perfect place for a comfortable stay close to the sea.
The house is on the Beco da Malhada, 12 close to where it intersects with the Rua do Forro in front of the Pousada Ibísco. There is now a tourist tax charged by the local city council of 37 reais per person for up to a week’s stay; this can be paid on line using a link on the Jijoca Government website though you will need printed proof of payment on arrival or you can pay at the entrance to the village.
