As builder of the residence, it was completed in 2007 and is kept annually as the most precious jewel to give all my guests the opportunity to see it shine like the day of the inauguration. Be welcome it will be a pleasure to share this fantastic place with you

We are located on the most prestigious area of Arraial d 'Ajuda on the sea, an ancient village (until the 90s) of families of fishermen who over the years have devoted themselves to tourism and accommodation facilities like mine. From our struutra overlooking the sea to the historic center are about 800 meters, and from the best international restaurants in the region, and from the main street best known as rua do mucugè, the nerve center of nightlife, with restaurants, bars, and many shops with shop windows enriched with local crafts, without forgetting the many chic shops for all tastes and pockets. Just 300 meters from the property is the first and only water park in the entire region for the happiness of young and old. At about 15 km we meet a former fishing village called Trancoso which has become very famous for its great real estate projects and for the annual presence of singers, attractive actresses and famous entrepreneurs.
