Casa ampla e arejada , com muita luz. Tem 2 dormitórios espaçosos e um sótão muito amplo. A sala de estar, a copa e a cozinha sao em conceito aberto. Tem 2 banheiros completos e na garagem podem ser estacionados 3 veículos. A piscina de 6 metros e a churrasqueira se encontram rodeadas de árvores frutiferas. Esta a 600mts do mar e recebe até 11 pessoas. Esta próxima de mercados, farmácias, hospital e demais comércios locais. É ideal para curtir e descansar com amigos e familiares.A casa é muito especial. Ideal para passar uns dias comendo churrasco e disfrutando a piscina.
