We offer a comfortable, cozy environment, perfect for enjoying time with friends and family. The property features 4 air-conditioned suites (one with Smart TV). The living room is bright and has a Smart TV, along with a dining area with ample space to host your guests, all decorated with style and good taste. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, water filter, as well as utensils and appliances. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine and a non-air-conditioned room with 1 single bed and a bathroom. The property comfortably accommodates up to 9 people. In addition to these amenities, you can enjoy an exceptional outdoor area. There is a deck, a wonderful private pool, a gourmet area with barbecue and double-door fridge, as well as lounge chairs, a hammock, and a beautiful garden. Our house is located in the Quintas de Sauipe Condominium, within the Costa do Sauipe Hotel and Tourist Complex. The condominium offers several amenities, such as a club with restaurant, game room, gym, and sauna; beach club/bar, tennis and squash courts, 1 multi-sports court, a Society football field, playgrounds, fitness center, and pay-per-use services (housekeeping, massage, transfers, car and bike rentals).
