A chácara é composta por 2 casas. A principal que são dos moradores , e o chalé que fica ao lado. . O chalé: 1 quarto com ar condicionado, uma cama casal box em molas, 1 beliche  e tv. 1 Banheiro. Cozinhas com geladeira, fogão, cafeteira, liquidificador   e todos os utensílios básicos. Temos wifi, Piscina e café  da manhã ( simples). A acomodação  comporta no máximo  4 pessoas. A chácara é totalmente murada.
A nossa satisfação e ver nossos hóspedes felizes.
Um braço de mar a poucos metros da acomodação. Passeios de barco. O Centro comercial fica +- a 3km.
