Our house accommodates up to 8 people in three suites, including a master suite with a king-size bed and a whirlpool tub, a suite with a king-size bed, and a suite with a queen-size bed, a single bed, and an extra bed. Upon entering the house, guests will have access to the living room integrated with the dining room, which has tables and chairs for meals, a sofa, a Smart TV, and an area with another sofa and a fireplace. The kitchen has the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, among others, as well as a coffee maker, kettle, and electric oven, and a counter with stools for meals. In the same room, we also have a guest bathroom. We have a wooden deck with a charcoal grill and benches next to the living rooms. We provide WI-FI, fans in the three bedrooms, electric showers in the suites, a hair dryer in the master suite, an iron, a washing machine, and a clothesline. We also have 4 TVs, one Smart in the living room, two with Amazon Firestick in the bedrooms, and a regular TV in the last bedroom. Notes: 1) After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand for signing the seasonal rental agreement and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID, driver's license, RNE or passport). 2) We allow small pets, upon request. A fee will be charged for each pet. 3) We provide three uncovered parking spaces. 4) We provide a complete set of pillows, sheets, duvets and bath and face towels. 5) The house has some security cameras on the outside, but they are all deactivated and not in use.
