The apartment has 64 square meters, 2 bedrooms, living room, equipped kitchen, one and half bathroom, split air conditioning 12000 BTU in each room. The building has 24 hours doorman and it is very well located, only two blocks from the beach. There is also free internet Wifi.
I am 55 years old and I have been working with tourists for many years in different areas. I live in Copacabana.Walking by beach and rowing in Lagoa are may hobbies.
The apartment is very well located to all main attractions, public transportation, supermarkets, banks and it is only two blocks from beach. One of the rooms has a very nice view of the sea.
