our house is part of a closed residence with a big pool, fitness center and guard protection all around the clock. From terrace and from the master bedroom you have a fantastic view on the beach and the sea. Our house is comfortable, the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms . The state of the art TV offers a netflix connection. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine including milk foamer. Please buy your caps before, it's not sold in the area. There is also a Superzon water supply, filtered fresh and cooled water installed.
My dream was always a house at the beach in my home area Bahia. As we are now living in Europe and only stay there some holiday time I like to offer this paradise to our guests. You will pass unforgetable times.
It is a real qiet place, no cars visible - there is a underground parking with 3 places for you. Beside the residence there is a restaurant beach front just 50 m to go. They also offer breakfast buffet and several small pools to enjoy with a drink or playing for the children during lunch or dinner time. Several more real beach restaurants near by walking on the beach. Very fresh sea food. Shops and more restaurants at 10 minujtes walk. 5 km away you find a Polo club with good Italian restaurant and behind a gold court at a 5 star hotel area, also at the beach. In 10 km you reach Praia do Forte, a real ideyllic fisher village with many shops and restaurants and a lot of live music
