“The Perky Pelican” – Amazing direct ocean view from most every corner of the house. You will truly experience what paradise really is! From the most incredible sunrise to the breathtaking sunset, all from the comfort of the wraparound balcony or patio and dock. Enjoy the lounge chairs in the private yard or directly on the 300ft of waterfront heaven with your favorite beverage.
