We are situated on the plateau, five minutes up the hill from the river front. We are fifteen minutes from the airport and the entrance gate of the Chobe National Park. We have 2 self catering cottages and we live in the third. The larger cottage comprises of 1 bedroom with a double bed, the other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds each. There are 2 toilets and 2 showers. There is a large living/kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge and microwave. There is cutlery, pots and pans. The other cottage has a double bed with a bath ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds and a shower ensuite bathroom. There is a cosy living/kitchen area fully equipped. We offer a braaii area. As we live in the property, we give personal service to our customers and ensure safety to our property.
I used to run a hotel down in Kanye near Gaborone. I have always enjoyed being in the service industry. Once I got our property in Kasane I knew I wanted to go into tourism. We travelled extensively in South Africa and as our son was young we quickly noticed to our delight that these establishments did not put pressure on us about meal times. We also liked the privacy it gave us.
We live in a very safe part of Kasane. There is a neighbourhood watch in our area.
