BRAND NEW LISTING. 2000 SF Cape Cod style home. 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. Sleeps 11. First floor king bed Master Suite with a huge walk in shower and double vanity. Second floor loft with murphy bed and two bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill full bathroom with tub. Third floor game room accessed via ladder has pull out sofa. Hardwood floors throughout. Fully stocked chef's kitchen. Boat well. Outside private shower. Screened in first floor balcony to enjoy the sunsets and bay view without the bugs. There are some ongoing developments within the Mahogany Bay community and due to this, we have adjusted the accommodation rates. M&B Luxury Vacation Rentals assumes no responsibility or liability for any accidents and mishandling by guests staying inside the properties we manage. We recommend being cautious when dealing with fire, climbing indoor/outdoor stairs or use of any area that may cause harm or injuries.
