Property information

San Pedro's premiere luxury villa, featuring a private rooftop sunning pool, grill, and tanning pads overlooking the private boat slip. The meticulously design illuminate the kitchen naturally but also open onto the waterfront canals and views of the upscale Mahogany Bay Village. Small private rooftop dipping pool to cool off from the sun with large rooftop balcony. There are some ongoing developments within the Mahogany Bay community and due to this, we have adjusted the accommodation rates. M&B Luxury Vacation Rentals assumes no responsibility or liability for any accidents and mishandling by guests staying inside the properties we manage. We recommend being cautious when dealing with fire, climbing indoor/outdoor stairs or use of any area that may cause harm or injuries.

Located in San Pedro Town within Mahogany Bay Village. The area is a private gated community with Restaurants, bars, and cafes. South Ambergris Village guest does not have access to the mahogany bay village pool, private beach. The house is about 10 minutes away from the island airport and water taxi.
