Property information

Located on a private beachfront offering a 3 bedroom fully renovated modern home in addition to 2 one bedroom cabanas (one raided and one on the waters edge). There is a park with basketball hoop for the kids down the street. This property offers family, self or group rental for laid back, out of the hustle and bustle peaceful beach at your feet kind of vibe.

Neighbourhood information

We are 20 minutes from the village of Placencia and 10 minutes from airport and hospital. We are located in a quiet community of many expats. All Beach front homes have own private beach front. Beach is on a reef and is clean and maintained. There is also a local restaurant offering pool, movie nights and weekend music and events to enjoy and take part in.
