• To ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone, we require guest ID verification for all reservations. • Please note that due to ongoing construction and preparations for a Santa Claus Parade, both the back entrance (James St N) and the side entrance (Robert St) will be temporarily inaccessible. If you arrive by cab or car, there's a single spot available for temporary parking to load/unload. • Please note there is a staircase leading to the unit. •For stays of 21 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This policy helps us maintain the high standards of our property and ensures a comfortable experience for our long-term guests. • There are different units in this building, including a basement suite. • Please note the images on the listing are representation of all the units within the building. The unit you will stay in will be confirmed on your arrival date. • There is no on-site parking available. Please contact us if you require parking recommendations. • For the safety and security of our guests, there are security cameras located in the common areas and exterior of the building. There are also cameras located on each of the floors facing the hallway, the entrance, the laundry area, the driveway, the parking lot and the fire escape. We kindly ask guests not to smoke in front of the building. Noise Awareness Please note that this property is located in a residential building where sound can sometimes carry between units. You may hear footsteps or movement from neighboring condos during your stay. While this is normal in multi-unit buildings, we want you to feel informed and prepared. We're happy to deliver: • a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for CAD 40 (one-time fee) • a Highchair for CAD 40 (one-time fee) •Pets are very welcome at our home.
