Welcome home to a cozy and spacious apartment where you can relax comfortably while chilling with Netflix. You will find the warmth from the grand fireplace to the softness of the bedsheet linens. Enjoy board games while sipping your coffee or cooking a sumptuous meal in the full kitchen. The standard size fridge can accommodate all your groceries. The internet/workplace will help you keep up with important things. You have unlimited access to everything this apartment has to offer and more .

A quiet family friendly neighborhood on the south end of Guelph. 5 mins to the University and 9 minutes to downtown Guelph. We have streets well laid out for running , jogging or walking at any time of the day . 100% safe and we have not experienced any negative incident since we moved here 3 years ago.
