Welcome to our bright and welcoming guest space — a comfortable retreat on the lower level of our quiet family home, ideal for families, couples, or small groups visiting the area. The space includes two cozy bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with two full beds), a private bathroom, and a spacious living/dining area with large windows, a sofa, desk, and mini fridge. You’ll access the space through our shared front door and then head downstairs to the guest area. We provide cotton linens, quality mattresses, and convenient amenities like a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. A light breakfast is included to help you start your day. We live upstairs and usually use a separate entrance, but we’re close by if you need anything. While the space is primarily for guest use, we may occasionally access the living area for small maintenance tasks (like checking the dehumidifier) — always with your comfort in mind. Located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood just a 5-minute drive from downtown Charlottetown, our home offers a warm and relaxing place to stay. We look forward to hosting you.
