Our studio is equipped with one comfortable mattress, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, one spacious bathroom, and all the amenities you need for a productive stay. We also provide free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a welcome basket with fresh coffee and treats. The studio is also decorated in a soothing and calming style. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between: Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.
