    The house was great and lovely location. Beds were comfortable and we had everything in the kitchen for making meals . Loved the hot tub for a soak at the end of the day. And was able to wash and dry clothes really quickly

Our brand-new garage suite near the Fernie Alpine Resort is the perfect location for an action-packed family getaway. There are hiking and biking trails on the doorstep, and during the winter months, you can ski into the property. With two bedrooms, a large family bathroom, an open plan living space, a five-person hot tub, central air conditioning, and a deck with awesome views, you will feel right at home here. This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to a thousand dollars for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary. - Lost keys, keycards, fobs, remotes, or parking passes - Broken cups, plates, or other kitchenware - Accidental stains or tears in furniture, carpets, and bed linens - Accidental damage to walls, mirrors, or other fixtures
