This 888 square foot brand new, beautiful and contemporary condo has everything a business traveler needs while in Edmonton and includes free parking and in-suite laundry. The condo is fully equipped with BLAZING FAST Fibre connected WIFI, 65 inch Samsung 4K TV in the living room and a 42 inch LG HD TV with full cable including sports. Make getting work done a snap with a collapsible desk and chair also located in the guest room. Self check in is a breeze with the Schlage Smart lock system. Enter your unique 4 digit code and you’re in! Your safety and security is our number one priority so we’ve installed a state of the art alarm system powered by Fluent Home that includes keypad locks on each bedroom door. Fire, Police and Medical are only a few taps away. This main floor corner unit gives you a gorgeous spacious wrap around patio that includes a gas barbecue.
My wife and I live on the property in the Master bedroom with en-suite along with our very friendly 5 year old dog Lucy. We have spent a good part of our lives traveling the world while working for international cruise line and now we want to open our home to others. We understand the importance of customer service and we always try to deliver the WOW to our guests. If your looking for a peaceful, calm and beautiful place to stay while in Edmonton with all the comforts of home, book your stay with us. We look forward to meeting you.
The neighborhood is upscale and has everything you need from a main stream grocery store to a Starbucks all within walking distance. Other amenities such as a state of the art movie cinema and recreation centre are with a 5-10 minute drive. Major attractions like the airport and West Edmonton Mall are a 20 minute drive or less. This suburban area has a cool, youthful feel and is home to a number of fabulous communities. Overlooking the North Saskatchewan River valley, Windermere is bounded on the south by the future realignment of Ellerslie Road, on the east by 170 Street SW/Terwillegar Drive, and on the west and northwest by the river valley. It's home to the trendy Currents of Windermere Shopping Centre as well as beloved local restaurants including Brown's Socialhouse, Oliveto Trattoria, and Asian fusion restaurant XIX Nineteen.
