Apartment 'A' Is the one with a more wooden orange touch (like shown in the Photos). Apartment 'I' is the one with a more stylish grey/ brownish stainless steel touch (like shown in the photos) Bright, cozy, modern & very well located between nature and downtown. A few minutes walk from Jean Drapeau Island and it's bike paths, La Ronde, close to Old Port, Downtown, Sherbrooke University etc. Bus Stations at both corners connected to metro Station Longueuil&Papineau, or bike or drive to the Old Port (7 min). Easy&quick access to highway. Wi-Fi, SmartTV & all appliances (stainless steel) to make your stay feel-like-home. As a registered property under the CITQ we have to collect and declare these taxes and fee. *Please have present that in your Booking payment are shown: - GST and QST (Federal and Provincial taxes) 14.97% - City Tax of 3.5% - One-time Cleaning Fee of CAD 60 - DO NOT choose the PAY LATER option. We are in this business since 2018. We would kindly appreciate for you to notice the accuracy of our Apartments LOCATION and VALUE. (In the past some guests did not pay attention to these details and blame the "weather". Not fair to host who try always to offer the best). Our apartments are not into ‘The Heart of the Old Port or Downtown’ which by the way are spread over an 18 km2 area. We are as mentioned outside but closer than you might think. :) (Otherwise, the price/night would have had an extra 0 on it. :)) We respect our guests and try to give our best to make your stay the most pleasant one. The outside of our building is under surveillance 24/7 to avoid misunderstandings, the number of guests and fraud prevention. Fraud and vandalism are reported directly to the Police. (RESERVING LAST MINUTE IS NOT A GOOD IDEA.) Both your safety and ours are very important to us. If you think sometimes that the price might be expensive, please keep in mind that GST/QST taxes are added to the price (15%) plus the City Tax (Tax de Logement) of 3.5% applied by the CITQ for any stays less than 31 days. Located 1.5 kilometre from the Jaques Cartier Bridge in less then 8 minutes of drive from the Old Port. Same distance from Casino de Montreal, Jean Drapeau Park (The Island of all special events like Formula One, Osheaga and other Music Festivals and La Ronde). Close to shopping centres, and the University of Sherbrooke. Or if interested in the South Shore area, a lot of amenities around and 10 to 15 minutes from the famous Quartier Dix30. Quiet neighbourhood and very family friendly.
