This is a PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL HOUSE, NOT A HOTEL. The conner-lot house surrounded by flowers and green trees locates in a nice and peaceful neighbourhood with parks and trails around. We share some vacant rooms with guests. There might be a noise from other rooms as well as the cat living with us in the same house. It's SELF CHECK-IN process. All rooms have big windows viewing to either garden or a quiet & green streets and is equipped with Queen-size bed & a nightstand, closet/wardrobe, a desk & a chair with welcoming bottles of water. Guests will share a full washroom on 2nd floor and a half washroom on main (1st) floor. It's close to highway and about 15 minute from airport and/or 30 minute to downtown of Toronto, 6 minute to Square One shopping center and 15 minute to UTM. Bus stop is 2 minute away, and Plaza, shopping malls, foods, banks, restaurants, coffee...are 10 - 15 minute walk. Additional house RULES: - NO VISITOR - NO SHOES in the house, use sleepers instead - NO FOOD on BED - Laundry for guests staying 7-DAYS+ is open at weekends (10AM-11PM) or weekdays (7PM-11PM) one time per week.
