This (3) bedroom home is located in a quiet rural area 10 minutes from Golden called the Blaeberry area. There are 2 floors of living space - 2000 sq. ft. including 3 private guest bedrooms, 2 full bathroom's with tub/shower combination (one with whirlpool) large fully equipped kitchen and dining room, large living room with TV, Sitting Room on upper with pullout sofa-bed. Coin operated Laundromat on site for your convenience. We have a TV satellite package for your enjoyment along with Wi-Fi. Ideal for family vacation or for friends looking to explore the area. This home is part of a complex that has several other rental units. There is a private deck on the front of the home as well as a large two level private deck on the back for your enjoyment. Located on back deck for your use is a BBQ along with a patio deck set and bench's . There is a shared courtyard just off the back deck with a fire-pit for your use. The large yard with fruit trees & shrubs is for everyone's enjoyment with an area to play volleyball, badminton or soccer. There is a 900 sq. ft. heated shop available (with permission) to work on snow machines if required
We as owners will be most often here to welcome you on your arrival and get you comfortably settled in or make alternate arrangements suitable to all parties. A resident part time caretaker of the complex is also available to care for any immediate needs. We are never more than a phone call away to assist you in any matter.
It is just a short walk to the Blaeberry River from the back of the property. With-in walking distance is the Northern Lights Wolf Centre and the Rocky Mountain Buffalo Ranch. Awesome views of the mountains from all directions highlight this property. From our home it is minutes to the trailhead for sledding the Blaeberry River Trail and surrounding area. It offers valley riding at its finest. We are located 10 minutes from Golden B.C. in the beautiful Blaeberry Valley. This ride retraces the footsteps of the famous explorer David Thompson. This is a great family ride with many powder play areas off the main trail without avalanche risk. This area is also a great spot for summer activities like ATV trips along with exploring areas like Thompson Falls and Mummery Glacier.
