Located just 550m away from Joyce-Collingwood Skytrain, this stylish home offers easy access to downtown in just 20 minutes. Explore nearby dining options along Kingsway & Victoria, only 10 minutes away. Plus, with the R4 Rapid Bus Line, you can travel seamlessly from East Vancouver (Joyce-Collingwood Station) to West Vancouver (UBC Exchange Station), saving on taxi fares while enjoying the convenience of public transit.
