This two bedroom, bright and specious, garden level suite is the lower floor of a house with a separate entrance from the back lane. The suite is in central location, quiet and safe neighborhood within walking distance to Park Royal mall, Ambleside beach, bus stop, restaurants, coffee shops, community center and close to downtown, Stanley Park, local mountains, and ski hills.
This is a three story house. We live in the main floor and the upper floor. We respect your privacy, however, I would be happy to assist you with directions and suggestions if necessary.
There's a lot to offer here in Vancouver. You aren't far from our most loved areas. If you're looking for a refreshing outdoor experience, Ambleside beach, Stanley Park, Lions Gate Bridge, Canada Place, Downtown Vancouver, Horseshoe Bay, Grouse Mountain and Capilano Suspension Bridge sound like the place for you. It’s also highly recommended to see Whistler, Sea to Sky highway and take BC Ferries to Victoria. This house is very convenient for the people who don't want to have a car during their stay in Vancouver, since it has a good access to public transportation. There is a bus stop two blocks from the house, so, in 5 minutes one can get the bus/public transit to everywhere in Greater Vancouver (Metro Vancouver).
