Water front property right on Gulf of St Lawrence, Atlantic Ocean, huge 3 side deck, see Seals 🦭 bold eagles 🦅 geese 🪿 ducks 🦆 birds 🦢 enjoy large backyard , very spacious and gorgeous house with lots of recent upgrades, custom wine welcome bottle, custom made soaps, new linen, best trails in Canada just off Cabot trail in Cheticamp Island, lot of parking space
