There are 2 type of room available in this large brand new renovation single house. One is private master room with private bathroom . Another 2 rooms are double cozy room with shared fashion newly bathroom in this gorgeous house with best location to anywhere. very convenient location. high light 💡 bus stations just in front of the property : 113,76 can send you c-train access everywhere you want to go especially UC or SAIT, 3 bedrooms in this gorgeous single house, this is one of the room. 10 minutes to UC, sait, Downtown, Costco. bank, store, kinds restaurant , Starbucks, around this community. 5 minutes walking distance to 7-11. It’s ideal place for someone no car and best choice for UC, SAIT students without walking distance. It’s extremely convenient for international students High light: great public transaction , 30 seconds away from home, 3 stops to U OF C, 5 STOPS TO SAIT. There is a large front deck. you can relax and enjoy sunshine during your staying 😉 enjoy your lovely day if you just want to take a breath with fresh air 😀 😍 Definitely you will love this place ❤ 💕 What’s close: 10 minutes drive away to UC, Sait, Downtown, Costco. It's very convenient location, bus stations JUST nearby this house can send you to C-train to access center of Calgary. 10 mins to T&T store, super store, COSTCO. 15 minutes drive away to airport, , 15 mins to Downtown, 2km distance to Bank, gas station, grocery store, shopping center, all kinds restaurant such as Japanese sushi 🍣, Chinese food, Starbucks, pizza shop, Macdonald, AW Etc around this community, JUST 5 MIMUTES driving AWAY. 5 mins walking distance to 7-ELEVEN. it's ideal place for new comers. best choice for traveling or business station.
