Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Huge backyard. You have a walkout basement room which is very bright. It has a queen bed and a 55" Smart TV, private bathroom, shared kitchen (but your own fridge if you need it), and your own toaster, kettle and microwave, shared laundry and internet. The TV has Amazon Prime available. Car is strongly recommended.
In a nutshell, I like hosting because I am a people person. I like meeting new people and providing them a very nice experience at a moderate price. I travel a lot and that is what I would like to see from other hosts. I have been hosting for over 4 years. I'm just adding this second property now.
This is a very quiet, residential, neighborhood. There is street noise but you don't hear that in your room. There are a lot of provincial parks and small villages in the neighborhood that are worth visiting. We have the Niagara escarpment, and the Credit river nearby. Downtown Toronto is about 80 kilometers and Niagara Falls is about 90 minutes drive.
