Century home - ancestral farmhouse built in 1885. This charming home still boasts the look and feel of country living -- with modern amenities. In the heart of historic Belleville and just a 10 minute drive from the bridge into Prince Edward County, close to historic Glanmore House, Belleville City Hall and the biweekly farmer's market. Tour some wineries in 'The County', visit the gorgeous Sandbanks beaches and return to watch the sunset from the porch of this classic Canadian farmhouse.
I am a self-employed Editor, Writer and Content Strategist. I have lived across Europe and the US , but moved back to Canada a few years ago from Brooklyn, New York. I have daughters, and I am mostly looking for vacations that are family friendly. I am a pretty happy person, and I believe that sending out joy and happiness brings it back to you.
The house is situated in the historic Old East Hill neighbourhood of Belleville, just a short walk from the Glanmore House museum, and a few minutes' drive from the Moira river and the Bay of Quinte.
