Welcome to your perfect getaway in Markham! This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is recently renovated and fully equipped with a modern kitchen and cozy bathrooms. Enjoy family time in the inviting living room with a piano, or step outside to a beautiful backyard featuring a deck and pergola, surrounded by plants. Located on matured neighborhood you’re just 30 minutes from Toronto! Experience comfort and convenience in this lovely home! My quaint semi-detached home offers room for up to 8 guests. One small car and one full sized car can occupy the driveway and path area.
We are a couple who are working professionals, but we like to maintain the house through DYI projects. Over the time we put our thoughts into the house and make it a comfortable home. Gardening is also our hobby, and we have turned our backyard to a lovely garden with deck and pergola. We love to share food, make friends and enjoy family gatherings. We enjoy hosting no matter you are Travellers from overseas or local. Hope your short stay in our Humble Home is a pleasant memory in your trip! Simple House Rules: This home is a non-smoking, no pets, no parties home. It's semi-detached house in a nice quiet community, so please be respectful of the neighbors as you do share a “wall” with one of them. Unruly, noisy and rude behavior is not acceptable.
