Surrounded by 1300 acres of forest, this home is part of the gated "Northern Lights "community. The home is a very private area. A waterfront clubhouse with recreational amenities exclusive to residents of the community is under construction. Dwight is a small nearby village, a 5-minute drive away, with access to a public beach, groceries, pharmacy and cafe. This place is easily accessible by car year-round. You can park 6-8 cars on the property. Huntsville Town Center is a 15 min drive away. Dwight beach is a 5 min drive away. There is no public transit available in this area.
