This is an ideal space for privacy; it boasts of a private living space (king-size bed in the bedroom and living space with private entrance and washroom) There is a well-equipped kitchenette area with Kitchen Utensils, a Microwave, a Coffee Maker, a Blender, a Kettle, and a Fridge. There is an ironing space, Washer and Dryer, and Electric Stove on request for light cooking. Only Street parking for guests. No smoking or pets on the property.
