Entire property! 2.5 acres! Escape to this tranquil nature retreat! Perfect for large families or events! The estate, features one bedroom with a queen size beds, small bedroom, double bed. Den that has one queen pull out bed, double bed and single bed. Air mattress ×3 available. Suite features, queen size bed and one couch that folds out. Suken living room, queen size pull out bed. Swimming pool available in the summer months only! Orchard, with pear, plums and nut trees. Wildlife! Deer, bird's, racoon and bears.We also protect and provide habitat to the largest Heron Rookery on the central island. 2.5 acres is yours! Beaches are within five minutes! Phosphorescent are present and it is spectacular! The stars are brilliant! Everything glows! Winter months enjoy, walking to the beach, storm's and waves! You, may see a whale or a surfer! We are approximately 40 minutes from Mount Washington. If you enjoy skiing! We have a cosy wood stove too! Lots of beautiful trails to hike or cycle! Gorgeous area!
