Close to various restaurants across all cuisines, bars, fast food chains, coffee shops and bubble tea shops. 10-min walk to Yonge & 16th (YRT Viva rapid transit bus stop). YRT local bus stop right by the house (Route 83) which takes you to the Richmond Hill Centre and Langstaff Go Station. Very accessible from highway 404 and 400. Right next to multiple parks and trails.
