This Property is Licensed by the Town of Sylvan Lake License #STAR 043363. This suite is a separate space that is all your own, with a walkout to the hot tub. It has its own bathroom with a very large shower. Across the hall is the bedroom and It’s meant to be comfortable and cozy. Then up the hall there is the Livingroom, kitchenette and eating space. We try to keep a great coffee bar as best as possible. If you need anything extra please let us know. There are usually a few extras in the fridge. NOTE: The second bed is a single cot.

Professional, quiet, clean, friendly. We enjoy meeting new people and learning about them. Anything guests might need at any point or time just contact hosts. We like to meet our guests if its ok with them.

Neighbourhood is super quiet clean and very friendly. Public parking is available on the street but it's not always easy to keep a spot in the front. We try to keep a spot in the front but sometimes a neighbor takes the spots. So otherwise across or down the street a bit maybe necessary as it public parking. Parking is available on street….. Private is available in back if needed.
