Separate entrance, spacious, newly renovated and fully equipped basement , ready to welcome travelling professionals, tourists, families etc. You will be close to several shops such as Costco, Winners, Sobeys, Food basics Rexall, banks, the Highway , trails and parks. You will have your own private entrance , coffee maker and other refreshments. This unit has 2 TVs for you to enjoy. **We are a young professional couple with small children , this means you may hear them upstairs . So far, our guest have had a great experience.**

Neighborhood info

Welcoming, family oriented and easy access to street parking on both sides of the street. The clostes bus stop is 9 min walking distance.
