Welcome to this cozy and stylish one bedroom basement suite located in a peaceful and safe environment.This is an ideal space for privacy, it boasts of a furnished private living space (spacious one bedroom[king size]and living space with private entrance and washroom) A well equipped kitchenette area with Utensils, Coffee Maker, Blender, Kettle, Fridge. There is an ironing space, Washer and Dryer No smoking, illegal drugs usage or pets are allowed on the property. South Windsong in Airdrie, 5 minutes walk to grocery store(Save on Food), , fastfood(Mcdonalds, DQ,) Shoppers Drugs, fuel station and liquor store and easy access to Deerfoot, Stoney and Crossiron Mall. 12 mins drive to YYC. 7mins drive to Walmart and 10 mins drive to Superstore. 1 minute walk to a greenspace area suitable for relaxation and for kids to play. 8 minutes drive to Chinook water park in Airdrie.
