Company information

Joanne is among other things a dragon boater and travels to various parts of the country and the world to compete with her team - the Gorging Dragons. She practises on a regular basis. She also plays violin so there is practise there as well! Merlin is a largish dog, very well behaved, who lives inside and smells like a dog, so if you do not like dogs you had better look elsewhere!

Property information

This property was not a bed and breakfast until Joanne came along needing a house, and as this one was the only reasonable choice at the time, she decided it had to become a Bed and Breakfast to justify its tremendous size! She also loves to share the wonderful waterfront views, swimming and boating. Being on the Galloping Goose trail is an opportunity for all kinds of activities!

Neighbourhood information

There are so many diverse sports activities here for all seasons, within biking distance and not too far to jog either! Plus the tremendous scenery, historical sites, and eateries available for tourists so close by - it is a wonderful Goose stop! Joanne can introduce you to curling in winter, lawn bowling in summer ... and dragon boating, voyageur canoeing, or even flying!
