Please note, while the building provides modern, updated accommodations, construction is still underway as additional apartments and common areas are being renovated. Perfect for those seeking a comfortable and well-equipped home away from home, with easy access to all Fernie has to offer. This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to a thousand dollars for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs.
