Google maps will lead you astray, follow 56th street to 14th Avenue, turn right, follow it through the cobblestone round about north, park in any available parking stall. Ring #71 and we will come down to meet you. Tsawwassen, is a very beautiful beach community which boasts the warmest waters north of San Diego, with magnificent Mt. Baker as a backdrop. We also have the sunniest climate, with a rain index similar to Florida. We are 45 minutes to downtown Vancouver and 10 minutes to the Tsawwassen Ferry.

We are a 10 minute drive to Boundary Bay, which has the warmest water north of San Diego, with beautiful Mount Baker as a back drop. We are within walking distance to the village centre , which has a nice selection of shops, restaurants, and neighbourhood pubs. We are a 5 minute drive to Point Roberts USA, which is a very nice rural
