Offering a calm and peaceful retreat, this unit is completely separate from the main floor (also tenanted) and has a private entrance. Features & Amenities: - Bedrooms & Bathrooms: - 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom (one with a bathtub). - Open-concept second bedroom (separated by a step, no door). - Built-in closets and large windows with garden views. - Lazy-Boy chair in the master bedroom, perfect for relaxing with a garden view. - Living Area & Comfort: - Spacious living room with a large, comfy couch for relaxation and TV time. - One couch can accommodate an extra guest (not the most comfortable, but it works). - Cozy fireplace for warming winter nights. - Kitchen & Dining: - Well-equipped kitchen with garden access (no dishwasher, sorry!). - Coffee machine & iron included. - Outdoor & Convenience: - Large private deck overlooking a 24,000 sq ft lot, surrounded by trees and nature. - Washer & dryer, plus a hairdryer in the bathroom. - High-speed WiFi & contactless entry for added convenience. - Parking is available on-site. - Capacity: Up to 5 guests (2 beds + couch for 1 extra guest).
