This beautiful, open concept, studio-loft is situated within the North Creek Resort at Blue Development. At more than 760sqft with a loft bedroom overlooking the sitting area, an open-concept main, 2 full bathrooms, and a full kitchen this property is a great choice for a small family or 2 couples looking to getaway. Linens, towels, and wifi are included with all reservations. Guests also have access to a free 24 hour shuttle to take them to and from The Village at Blue Mountain. Guests will be prompted, and are required, to complete a pre check-in process that includes credit card/identity verification as well as completing the Town mandated Renter's Code of Conduct. The process is online, secure, and can easily be completed on any device. House Rules - No Pets - No Smoking within the unit or near doors/windows - No parties Guests who violate these rules agree that they forfeit their security deposit. Security Deposit covers accidental damage only. Fines/Tickets and Negligent Damage are guests sole responsibility
