Modern beautifully newly renovated 3 bed detached house (upper level), professionally designed, minutes away from the best attractions and resorts Barrie has to offer. offering seamless access to Highway 27 and Highway 400, house is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest. 3 beds, 1 sofa bed (1 foldable) - 1 full bathroom - Bed linen/towels - Fast wifi - TV in living room & main bedroom - Fenced backyard - 2-5 min to restaurants/shops - 5 min to downtown Barrie - 5 – 7 min to Lake Simcoe - 15 min to Innisfil - 15-20 mins to Ski Resorts Upper Level ONLY - MAIN bedroom has a queen size bed - Two UPPER-level bedrooms have queen and double beds: - Dressers and closets with hangers Main Bathroom (main floor) - Bathtub and "waterfall" shower head, toilet, sink vanity - Shampoo, body wash, hand soap and toilet paper are provided. Kitchen - Spacious kitchen with a stove/oven, fridge/freezer, mini fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave - Pots/pans, plates, drinking glasses/cups are provided - Kitchen's dinette table can easily and comfortably seat 6-8 people.
