My name is Nicole and I absolutely love hosting vacation rentals! So much so that I started a property management company called Hostbnb Inc in 2022 and now I host over 20 vacation rentals in the Simcoe County area! Quiet neighbourhood in Victoria Harbour on Georgian Bay. Short drive to charming town of Midland and nearby attractions such as the Tay Shore Trail and the Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre. This bright and beautifully finished home is less than a 2-hour drive from the GTA.

Nestled in a peaceful and quiet residential neighbourhood, our home provides the perfect retreat for families and couples seeking a relaxing getaway. The neighbourhood is not suited for parties, and we kindly ask our guests to keep the volume to a reasonable level by 9 pm to respect the peace and tranquillity of the area. Enjoy the serenity of the surroundings and make lasting memories with your loved ones. Enjoy the convenience of free parking for up to 4 vehicles in our spacious driveway. Midland has a public transport system. The house is located in Victoria Harbour which is a short 10 minute drive from Midland. There are taxi services in the area as well.
