Hello! Long Term Stayers ^^（1+ month) We are offering a large ensuite private room on the upper floor of a single family home for budget travelers. Walking distance to all amenities, groceries, banks, bus station right front of the house. Very close to the highway exit. Guests share the communal areas with the owner and their other guests. The private washroom has a bathtub and shower. Guests will receive a 'Rental Agreement' upon making the reservation with 'House Rules' of the property. Other features: - Upscale quiet neighborhood -Fresh linen and towels are provided -central heating -WIFI included -Very modern and open kitchen with brand new modern appliances such as large fridge and microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer, kettle etc. (stove/oven is currently not accessible, sorry!) ⁃ Spacious bathrooms with bath and shower (Towels, toilet paper, hand wash and hair dryer are all provided) - Iron and ironing board - close to all major shops, banks, restaurants, and community center. - large park/playground across the street - bus stops steps away from the house - 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown Toronto or the airport
Large park/playground across the street from the house. Quiet upscale neighbourhood. 24/7 Cafe (Tim Horton's) within 5 minutes walking distance. Golf club, walking trails and park right in front of the house. Bus stops for YRT (York Region Transit) in front of house and for TTC (Toronto Transit) within 7 minute walk.
