Welcome to our luxurious 1 bedroom / 2 bed apartment in downtown Cambridge! Enjoy a comfortable stay with a full bath, WFH setup, 4K TV, and high-speed internet. The modern kitchen boasts an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. Conveniently located near 401, downtown Cambridge (Galt), amenities, and public transit. Plus, there are two beds to accommodate your needs. Your perfect getaway awaits! The space: • A beautifully furnished bedroom with a queen bed and large closet • Sofa bed in living room converts to double bed • Living room with WFH setup, TV, high-speed internet • Full bathroom with enclosed tub/shower • Full kitchen with personal fridge, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster • Amenities provided: towel, toiletries in room's closet • A full kitchen including your own personal fridge and microwave. • All common area is completely accessible to you. • There is an common laundry with a washer and dryer ready for your weekly usage. • Street parking is always available from March 15th to December 31st. • Driveway parking is available between Jan 1st to March 15th. • EV Charging is available for Teslas. Charging availability and cost to determined on a case by case basis upon request. Other things to note: • This is a basement apartment with its own separate entrance. The ground and top level are for my personal use. Also the driveway is for my personal use only except for the duration between Jan. 1 to Mar. 15. • Please note that absolutely no smoking is allowed within the premises at any point. All rooms in the house are equipped with smoke detectors. • Please kindly respect the quiet hours which starts from 10pm. • Kindly note that laundry is shared and we kindly ask our guests to restrict usage to once per week. Hours are anytime after 9pm on weekdays and anytime during the weekend. • For long term guests: Consumable amenities are only provided for the first week of the stay.
